How long does it take to receive my order?
UK standard delivery 3-5 working days
UK next day delivery – must be ordered before 12pm and can take approximately 1 working day to be delivered.

Returns and exchanges

How can I return an item?
Please check our Returns and Exchanges about more information about how to return your item.

Can I return a used item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returned items that have already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and they must be in an unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the items are not in an unused condition.

When will my refund appear in my account?
Refunds usually take 7-10 working days from the time we receive your item(s).

I received the wrong item
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us within 7 working days of receiving the item. When contacting us, please quote your Order number in the subject line. You will be asked to return the items that were wrongly sent to you in the original packaging to the Returns Address.

My account

How do I create an account?
Please go to Sign In on the top left corner of the screen and click my account. Fill in registration details and it’s as easy as that. Alternatively follow this link here

How do I edit my account information?
By going to the My Account section you are able to edit all your account information.

I forgot my password
In the My account section there will be an option that says “forgot my password”.  You will need to enter your username or email address and we will send you a link via email to create a new password.

Order status

How can I track my order
We will send you email updates about your order.

My order never arrived
Please check that you haven’t missed the post or the courier company hasn’t left your parcel with a neighbour/delivered wrongly.  Please send email us at support@beau-boutique.com

An item is missing from my delivery
We pride ourselves in checking all deliveries before we send. In the unlikely case that something is missing/lost in transit you will need to email us at support@beau-boutique.com. If it is our fault we will send you the missing item (provided item is still in stock) or send you a refund.

I want to send my purchase as a gift to someone
No problem! On purchase make sure you send an email to let us know the person’s name and address and small message. We will remove any price tags and also pop in a small personalised message. Please ensure that we are informed immediately after the order is placed as processing starts pretty soon after.

I love my new purchase, how can I share my style/photo with others?
Send us the photo to support@beau-boutique.com, if you are on Instagram, then simply tag us with @beaubtq and #beaubtq. We’d love to share your gorgeous look.
